This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

Great location, great value! Love it. Our unit (925, unit 2) had only one window screen. We also had no means to cover the glass "windows" on the front door--so I had to pile up pillows to cover the door glass, otherwise people could see in at night. Because we had no screens--and no method to partially open and lock the windows, nor sheer curtains, we had to RUN THE AC ALL NIGHT. It was hot since we could not safely leave windows partially open and no privacy curtains. Privacy is not thought out at all. The AC also shut off after 4 hours--the "repeat" does not work. So, I had to wake up at 2am and turn it on again, and at 6am...overall we did not sleep well. We'd try another unit by your company next times.

While the cute cottages that my husband and I normally stay at were booked, I contacted Beachfront Only for an alternative and the sales lady recommended P925-2 to me. The property was absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed hanging out in the patio area and were happy we were able to enjoy some quiet time at the beach space out front. Will definitely book for the following summer.
Super cute & cozy little unit perfect for a couples getaway!
by Jessica M.My boyfriend & I loved this unit for our beach staycation. We spent most of our time on the HUGE beach backyard laying on two of the many loungers. The other units in the building share the backyard beach area, but there was more than enough seating to go around. There's a patio area & BBQ right in front of the unit specifically for us to use and this was perfect for beachfront dining every night we stayed! The bathroom is beautifully updated and the bedroom has the most perfectly placed window so you can fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing & get a nice breeze. I will for sure be coming back and I recommend this unit to all my friends!
