This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

The overall experience was positive! Gorgeous view and location. Downside was, the land erosion at the site, and the outside lights not working. That would have been a major plus considering people want to hang out outside in the evenings. But overall, I would enjoy coming back here! And the staff was helpful and responsive.

We absolutely loved our stay! Can’t wait to come back. We were blessed to have the place to our selves, the weather was amazing, if we had an issue it was resolved immediately via text message, which was great. I loves that there was an extra can of propane, cause we ran out in our fire pit and I was able to change it out. There were a few things that we thought could use attention which was a missing screen on the window, the patio string lights were not working, only a section of it was. It would make the property a little cuter and the Rubbermaid storage container outside had a door broken off from erosion from the salt. Just little things like that but over all we were able to use and enjoy the space. Thank you for an amazing stay! My doggie enjoyed it too!!

I think an updated picture of the ocean view is needed. There is a lot of damage with cement and pipes showing. There is no longer any beach access. I would not recommend this property to a friend because of the beach access issue.

Everything was just what the doctor ordered... I would just suggest clean up the front area of our front porch.... dead plants... broken shed... kind of unsightly other than that the little home was perfect!!

I loved 925-3 South Pacific. However, the apartment was not as clean as I had expected (e.g., hair rolled up in the bath mat). Also, the front door needs to be weather stripped. Cold air comes in off the ocean 24 hours a day. That aside, I would definitely rent this apartment again. Thank you!
