The house and location were great! I was just unhappy that they were very strict with the check in and out times! It's the 1st time I have stayed in a Airbnb that they would not work with you at all without charging more! Other than that it was a nice stay!

We loved our stay there! The location was perfect and you guys were great to work with. Thanks for allowing us to have my husband’s 70th. We spent most of the day at the beach but it was nice to have a beautiful place to gather and eat enjoy one another. My only comment is that your cleaners are not scrubbing the floors with soap and water and they are filthy. It’s clear they sweep but the bottom of our feet were black by the end of the day. We had a baby crawling as well and she got pretty yucky. You may want to check on them and stress that floors need to be scrubbed as well as swept. Besides that it was a wonderful experience, beautiful property, great location, comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Definitely would stay there again.

The front door does not latch properly, which is a safety concern. We would often return to the property to find the door opened even though we carefully closed it on departure. The door to the master bedroom also does not close.

Well a few things were not working - the garage door and the hot tub. Also, laundry soap was hard to find and there was no dryer sheets. Otherwise, the towels, sheets, etc were professionally cleaned and in great shape. We really did like our stay there. But thought you should know about the broken equipment. Thanks!

This was a perfect beachfront home for our family of 13 (10 adults and 3 small children). The home is incredibly spacious, clean, bright, and comfortable. We loved the views and the ability to open up the sliding doors to let in the ocean breeze. Its location is close to beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. We had a few questions during our stay and the management team was incredibly responsive and helpful. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

This property was perfect for our family of 9. The bedrooms were large, each with its own bathroom except for one. The kitchen and dining room was spacious. The grill on the rooftop was a bonus. The ocean view from the living room was really nice but the rooftop view of the sunset was spectacular. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to take daily walks down to the beach. The management team was super responsive when I had trouble entering the property initially and texted us to make sure our first night went smoothly.

Honestly this place was even better than I was expecting. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was way more spacious and clean and comfortable than I thought for a house with 11 people. The surrounding area is very walkable and there’s plenty of close restaurants to walk to. Only thing I wish was different is I wish we stayed longer!!

Amazing beach house for a big group with plenty of space and things to do around town. Felt right at home and enjoyed every minute of the trip!

We stayed with our family & friends to celebrate my wife’s 65th bday. Great choice for a special day. Everything in the home was perfect, the location was superb and the view was to die for. This house was great for a week with my mom, my brother, and my sister and her husband and three young kids. The outdoor spaces were so nice to have so we could just stare at the beautiful view all day! The location is great for other reasons too, there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby that we explored while staying at the house. We had some maintenance issues but they were both resolved so quickly. Comfortable beds, great kitchen appliances and the grill on the roof was so handy. Thanks for a great family vacation. I’m sure we will be back!

My family and I go down to San Diego every year. We usually stay in Del Mar but decided to try something different this trip. Beachfront Only markets themselves as \"top quality service\" while providing \"guests with an experience that they will never forget\". Unfortunately that was not the case for us. Despite spending nearly $1,300 a night, we certainly did have the quality nor cleanliness to reflect that. There was hair left from previous guests in 3 of the showers, used rubber bands on the ground, piles of dirt on the window seals, dust on most of the blinds and window screens, stained couches in the living room and very misleading outdoor furniture compared to what the photos portrayed. I have a very high sensitivity to dust so from the moment I walked through the door, I could feel my allergies starting to react. I also can sense when there is hidden mold and that was very much apparent as well. I couldn\'t risk sleeping there the third night so we voluntarily left early. When I alerted Beachfront Only, their only remedy was to give us a $1000 credit towards our next stay. If you didn\'t deliver the first time, why would we go back a second time when that doesn\'t even cover 1 nights stay? I was really hoping they could admit to their shortcomings and make it right but they didn\'t and to me, that shows their true colors. If you want an upscale vacation, I suggest keeping to a hotel, AirBnB or VRBO where they stand by their product. And there isn\'t a $300 early check in or late check out fee, even if it\'s only 45 minutes difference. Huge bummer!

SPACIOUS CASTLE. PERFECT FOR MULTIPLE FAMILIES. WE HAD SEPERATE FAMILIES ON SEPERATE FLOORS. GREAT LOCATION AT THE OCEAN AND NEAR THE FREEWAY. WE COULD NOT HAVE PICKED ANYTHING BETTER TO SUIT OUR NEEDS.
