This newly remodeled property features a gorgeous fully furnished kitchen, a cozy living space (with a queen-sized sofa sleeper) along with a quaint bedroom loft featuring a king-sized bed.

*Public beach access is less than a block away from the corner of Cassidy and South Pacific Street.

PARKING: Street Parking Below on South Pacific Street ONLY, Please Keep in Mind though that Street Sweeping is on the 2nd and 4th Monday of Every Month.

Great location

Gave this stay a 4-star rating because the door code did not work. This is the 2nd time this has happened with this site. Arrived middle of the night after a 7hr drive including LA traffic. Called & was routed to a Google voice acct. Called multiple times because I kept getting the voice-mail. Someone did respond via text subsequently. The unit itself was exactly as advertised. In great shape. No issues otherwise. I've rented with Beachfront and would likely rent here again.

Beachfront only properties are Awesome. Great location. And able to stay for a couple of nights. A lot of companies out there do a four night to a week minimum. And it is really great to find a company that allows a two day getaway during the week to avoid the crowds. I highly recommend this company. And we will definitely use them again.

We had a great stay! The location was great - we enjoyed taking walks to nearby bars and restaurants, and being able to catch the sunset over the ocean. I thought the kitchen was really well equipped for a vacation rental. We didn't do much cooking during our stay, but appreciated all of the appliances and utensils that were provided. All of the furniture was in good condition and the apartment was super clean when we arrived. We had one little issue with the door code not working when we attempted to check-in. But that issue was resolved within minutes after texting for assistance so want to shoutout whoever monitors that number for being so responsive. One very minor complaint is that the unit was pretty cold, even with the heaters running. I'm not super used to the mini split-type heaters that are in the apartment but it just didn't feel like they warmed the space up adequately. We ended up running the space heaters pretty constantly while we were in the apartment to heat the room up to a comfortable temperature. Besides that, we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this place to others.

Great location

This is an adorable little loft very close to the beach. Keeping in mind the larger sandy beach is about 1/2 mile away. The Buccaneer Cafe is a quick walk in the AM and we rented bikes at SoCal - super nice!
Pros- extremely clean, security, location, shampoo/body wash dispenser, blow dryer, full size washer dryer and beach towels
Cons- sm unit, no view, steep stairs to upper level, furniture in disrepair, wall and portable air conditioners not functioning, parking can be a ways away
Overall service/contact was amazing via text

Nice Little Place In A Convenient Location

The stay was nice. The condo itself was perfect. It had everything we needed for our couple of days stay. A full, nice kitchen was very nice. Short walk down to the beach and breakfast places were also within walking distance. The only negative is for light sleepers as this particular location was near railroad tracks where trains blow their horns periodically in the night.

Kids spring break

We surprised our children with a beach vacation and this place was perfect for two young kids. The kids had a blast and it was so close to the beach you could hear the waves all day. It’s was so relaxing listening to the ocean. The place had everything you needed to be at a home away from home.

Cute little place

Great Location!

The unit is very clean with a great location very close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here. The floors hadn't been entirely cleaned when we arrived and my wife stepped on a piece of glass shortly after we arrived which became stuck in her foot the entire duration of our trip. We contacted the management and they came the next day to clean. We also had an issue with the air conditioners not working as well which other guests mentioned. We called the management company after hours and they sent someone early the next morning to repair them. It would have been nice to have a heads up when they would be coming because neither of us were dressed and we basically had to wait an hour for him to do his thing. They did offer a late checkout two hours late for the glass and it was nice they were willing to clean it up.

Awesome place to stay for our wedding/family reunion

We rented this property and a larger property with this same company back to back for our wedding/ family reunion. The property is very close to the beach and we were able to walk easily to the beach access. The unit was very clean and so comfortable.
