Very clean and updated! Fabulous views! Quick and friendly response from staff when we had questions! The only real request for future stays that my group said was to at least get the elevator working so that we could just use it on our first and last days to get our belongings up to the second and third floor bedrooms

Management was very helpful with any and all issues. Very quick to respond and there was very little complaints about the property itself. There were only a couple of issues that arose when staying here. Overall, it was a great rental with great views, service, and spacious living.

The house is very nice and the staff was very responsive.

Beachfront is wonderful we have used them for years. This is our first time renting this unit the reason for 4 stars and not 5 were the steep and many steps, in our opinion hard on older adults….if you are young, athletic or use to using steps this will not be an issue for you. Other then that the unit was clean & wonderful, I love each bedroom had a bathroom, one of the reason we rent from Beachfront, the view was great, had everything we needed, so easy to check in and out as always. We had no problems all went smoothly thanks to Beachfront.

This home, was absolutely beautiful, clean and perfect. Comfortable beds, so many bathrooms, beautiful rooftop, loved the jacuzzi. breathtaking views at each balcony. Great location, Communication was fabulous. I can’t say enough great things about this property. Thank you for a great stay! Hope to visit again!

We rented this home for a family event and it could not have been more perfect for the occasion! Plenty of space, very comfortable, and the views from the top floor and roof were just spectacular! We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend!

Thee generations shared this beautiful home for a week. There were a few things we contacted management about. They were very responsive and the situations were resolved quickly and efficiently. Plenty of game nights. A special attraction was a group of dolphins that appeared at sunset in front of the house and entertained us by playing and leaping in the sea. We had a magical week.

It was very comfortable for each of us to have our own room and bathroom. (8 of us, 3 couples and 2 singles). Several wonderful places to hang out, all with ocean views. I listened to the ocean all night (except when it put me to sleep…) We had some trouble with the key pads, despite following directions to the letter. I saw that you have a garage door opener, which would have been helpful. We’ll be back, maybe not on a holiday weekend! We missed a sound system, because we didn’t want to bring our speakers. Do some of the units have a crock pot? Ours was missing

We had our entire family of 12 there for 2 nights and it was amazing!! The house is beautiful with rooms everywhere and the most beautiful views through the accordion doors that open up all the way so nothing obstructs your view. We had a major storm blow through and a CFI blow because of all the water and was fixed first thing in the morning. Amazing communication, and answered questions in a very timely manner. My family enjoyed it so much we are going to book again next year. Thank you very much!!!

The only problem we had was a lack of hot water for the showers. None of us took showers at the same time. I’m sure the next occupants would appreciate this! We also noticed one of the bathroom sinks on the 2nd floor was draining very slow. I am very particular about the cleanliness of our rentals. I was very pleased with how clean & well maintained the house was. Especially the kitchen & bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed! I would definitely stay here again!! Thank you so much!!

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay at this property with 3 generations. The young adults loved having their own space on the first level, the grandparents enjoyed their own space with large bedrooms on the second level, and we all enjoyed the views on the third level balcony. The beds were comfortable and the house included everything we needed for our stay. Parking was easy to find mid-week and we were walking distance to the beach, restaurants and coffee. This is a great location for outings in Oceanside and Carlsbad. The only downside was the stairs and upcharge for use of the elevator. Would definitely come back again.
