Walk a few steps out your front door and you are on a wide sandy beach with picnic tables, barbecues, and the Oceanside Pier, all right in front of you. This home is fully furnished and professionally decorated. Kitchen has all amenities you could imagine, with ocean views and granite counters. The living room looks straight out to the ocean with AMAZING panoramic doors that open to your private deck. Enjoy your own patio area looking straight out to the beach!
BEACH ACCESS: Beach access is out the front door and across The Strand, straight onto the sand. The Strand is a single lane 15mph access way for the properties along this road and is pedestrian friendly. The Strand is not a thoroughfare, and there is no parking on The Strand.

Stunning ocean view rental!

Our party of 10 had the most amazing stay at this beachfront property. We slept comfortably and felt there was ample space for our large group. The smell and sounds of the ocean were the icing on the cake for our celebrations. All the necessities were provided and any questions we had were responded timely. I had many friends asking about this place and we will definitely plan another trip to come back and stay.

Absolutely fantastic. Cleanest airbnb weve stayed in. No dirty dishes and fresh hotel quality linens. Balcony views are perfection and right on the beach. A true beach vacation. If you have large cars the garage is tight but the rooms are super spacious and main living area is super spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. Beds are decent. Overall an absolute \"we\'ll stay here again!\"

It's good that there is a 110V and 220V outlet in the garage so that I can recharge my EV. Just the resting area on the roof is not as good as the picture. You can see the ocean by standing up. If you sit down (unless you are very tall), it's hard to see the ocean because there are a wall and many Solar panels in front of you.

The property location could not be better. The floor plan was great with an open kitchen and living room. All of the ductless air conditioning units were found to be very dirty and the bathrooms could have been cleaned better prior to check in. The management company was fantastic and sent a tech out to clean the a/c units. They were very responsive to all of our needs.

This is our 5th time staying in this condo and it is always a great experience. We give it a low score because the furniture is pretty beat up. Missing a few "nice to have" items, such as cookie sheet and dish washclothes. And the floor wasn't swept/vacuumed well. But the place really is well run, overall well managed/maintained and best location.

The condo was beautiful and the view and access to the beach was amazing. Loved the underground parking. The beds were very comfortable which is something of a rarity. the only downsize is the living room furniture is very uncomfortable. The couch was sinking in the middle and the chairs were just uncomfortable to sit in. I don't think the floors were mopped, if you had white socks on, they were black when you took them off. Also, the hot tub wasn't turned on when we arrived, and we had to add more water as the water was below the jets. the last night there the top was gone, and the water was at 79degrees, so we were unable to use it. But we would book with Beachfront again as the positive outweighed the negative.

Overall, great stay. 3 suggestions: 1)BBQ grill could use some Maintenace. Seems like burners might be a bit clogged as I could not get it hot enough to grill and moved the fish we were grilling to the oven. 2) Green couch may be nearing the end of it's life as it sags a fare amount in the middle. 3) Would be nice to have coffee pre stocked.

What a beautiful condo and location! Staff was very responsive when we could t figure out a couple things. Upholstered furniture in living room is tired and should be replaced to bring up to the standard of the rest of the unit (especially the sofa). That is not a complaint. We absolutely would stay here again.

Dont mess with a good thing- Yearly Family Vacation

This was our fourth year staying at this property. It works perfectly for our family. The best beach access, beautiful views and awesome amenities.
A few negatives: rooftop hot tub must of had a leak, it didn't stay full even after the very prompt service call. Some of the appliances are old and don't function well; toaster, coffee pot (get a Keurig,already). Used to provide DVD player and garage gate remote and no longer do which was just a minor inconvenience.
The old hide a bed was comfortable, but the new futon was cheap and not comfortable and no longer a queen sleeper.
These are all just knit picky things. Our stay was still very enjoyable

Perfect Gathering Space

Our stay here was the perfect gathering space for our wedding party. We rented 3 of the 4 units, which allowed for a bit more separation between floors for those with young kids and on different schedules due to time zone changes. The kitchen area was large enough to all gather for meals and we loved enjoying the rooftop firepit in the evenings. Couldn't beat the convenience of the underground parking garage either! Would definitely recommend to friends and come back to stay again. Beautiful view, well stocked kitchen, and enough room for the kids to play in the living room or a back bedroom without feeling like we were on top of each other.

The condo was clean and ready to use. Each room had their own bathrooms, amazing. The accordion windows was a wonderful touch. The garage parking was tricky, as we had trucks but doable. I wish I had more time haha.

Fantastic Location

This was our 4th year staying at this beautiful condo in Oceanside. The location is absolutely fantastic, but the city of Oceanside did not bring in sand so there was tons of rocks which was quite disappointing. This was what we loved about this beach and condo. Just walk across the street to amazing white sand and waves. The rocks definitely made it more challenging to boogie board etc. Of course this wasn't the fault of the condo.
The condo is still quite clean, but it seems as though the drawers in the kitchen were quite empty. I don't think they keep up with stocking it after things disappear. The sofa was kind of broken down, and the little fire pit on the deck had no
Glass and hot rocks started flying. I will say that now that Beachfront texts you and asks you to text them, they reply immediately and are very responsive. We have always thought they could really use a place outside Of the units to wash your feet after going to the beach. We also missed the umbrellas they used to have on the rooftop area.
All in all though this condo is just gorgeous and has an awesome location as you only have to cross the street to get to the beach and the views are amazing with the big doors that open completely. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful Stay— Don’t touch the Hot Tub

Wow was this place awesome. The view is truly priceless!! We have a great time here with our family celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. The condo was very spacious for us and the beach was just across the street. Our first night the smoke detectors went off in the house condo at 1:30AM (loud ear piercing sound) woke up our kids and everyone in the condo. The property manager told us to take out all the detectors to stop the sound. Thank goodness we had guys with us to do this. This was not a great way to start out our vacation. Unfortunately our stay ended badly as well, with 5 of us getting Hot Tub rash (Folliculitis) and two of us getting it really bad. Not only was it worrisome, painful, horrible to look at , but we incurred Doctor fee for trying to find out a diagnosis. So if you stay here, be mindful of the hot tub.

The location is perfect - easy to get to and so easy to check in/enter. The view of the beach is unparalleled - a great spot to vacation! The condo was very clean and well maintained. There were a few minor things we noticed but nothing that negatively affected our stay. They definitely take care of this place and it shows! Love that there is also a rooftop lounge area!

Absolutely Perfect Beach Stay

I had the incredible pleasure of bring my family to this unit to celebrate my parent's 50th Anniversary since we couldn't throw them a big party (thanks COVID), but it was exactly what we needed - a complete escape with pristine accommodations and a spectacular view that made us forget we were in a pandemic at all. Housekeeping had everything **** and span and extra sanitized and the unit was equipped with everything we needed to cook in for every meal over 3 days. I loved it so much I extended my stay for another day!Everyone was super responsive and professional and attentive to our requests and/or questions. I plan on booking another trip in the future for sure.

The stay was just awesome!!! Right on the beach, very clean, very relaxing!!! The location couldn’t have been better! We had small children as well, and with this location being right on the beach it allowed everyone including kids and parents to enjoy and relax, especially during all this Covid junk!
We didn’t have any huge issues, just a couple small questions and the resolutions came super quick with ease! I’d recommend this place to anyone!
Units 1/3 have access to the roof top hot tub which was awesome! Units 2/4 don’t have the access but have the better panoramic patios. Whichever way u want, is great! I would recommend unit 3/4 because they are on the top.
But Overall A+++

This is our third time staying here and we absolutely love it. The place is spacious and new. We love the big sliding door that makes one feel they are right ON the beach. The location is fantastic; just walk across the street and some sand (no big rocks like there are in some places) and you’re in the water.

Wonderful place!

This condo was great and exactly what we were looking for when looking at places for an NYE celebration with friends. The kitchen, living and dining room was one big open space and the bedrooms were appropriately sized. Right across the strand from the beach made playing on the beach easy and the view was gorgeous, particularly at sunset! It was well stocked with plates, utensils, pots, pans. The only thing we noticed missing was bowls, but that wasn't a huge deal. Access to the rooftop was also lovely and a big bonus. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
